Hello to my beautiful Women,
In honour of the upcoming International Women's Day, I'd like to invite you to a Sunday night of empowering self care & wellness. This night will include a variety of self care techniques to bask in the beauty of being a woman. I will guide you through breathwork, stretching, dancing, face cupping, breast massage*, mirror affirmations and meditation.
We are women, and our super power is being a woman!
