Through a combination of vagus nerve exercises, massage, conscious breathwork from the Universe, and Reiki healing, you'll be able to explore past lives and uncover your truest potential. The goal is to emerge feeling radiant, reborn, and ready to share your authentic light by making a positive impact in the world around you.
