ICYMI: We are back for Round 3!
Please join your hosts April & Fiona on September 21st International day of Peace! We are back holding space towards finding inner peace. Find your peace of mind, peace in you heart and a peaceful soul. You will be cleansed of negative energy, learn how to set intentions and release what no longer serves you. April will empower you through the movement of yoga, and channel love & light with reiki. Fiona will hold space for you through a relaxing body scan meditation, support you through conscious breathwork and take you on a past life journey. Sound healing and essential oils will be used throughout event.
How to prepare for your journey:
Please arrive on early or on time to settle into your space
