Your hosts April & Fiona are back with a bigger vision, space and more energy to share. You will learn how to set intentions and release what no longer serves you. April will empower you through the movement of yoga, and channel love & light with reiki. Fiona will guide you through a relaxing body scan meditation, support you through conscious breathwork and take you on a past life journey.
How to prepare for your journey:
- bring your yoga mat
- wear yoga clothing (wearing layers is recommended)
- bring a water bottle
